Miria Morgan got clever with her press release. "Are you ready to get yourself in a real pickle? Join us at the Pickle Festival. a Bill Dougal, will be creating one-of-a-kind pickle caricatures. Whether you're a dill-lightful diva, a big dill businessman, or just someone who relishes a good laugh, Bill will transform you into your pickle alter ego!" BABY FACE Doing caricatures at the CT Childrens Medical Center… One kid said he looked like a baby. I asked if he wanted a moustache. He said yes. As I drew it I said I’m drawing it in pencil, in case he decides to erase it. Then I remembered that that the staff make copies and laminate to bring to bedside. So the moustache stays. He’ll grow into it.  Reminds me of a running gag on “are you being served”. It’s what they said when they sold a suit that didn’t fit. AMERICA 250 Lebanon CT art group has a show. Here's 2 of my entries. T" The Peace Office" Lebanon has a revolutionary era building called the War Office, since Washington met with Gov. Re supplied for troops. I think war is creepy, so I propose a peace office. Also see my variation on the flag, substituting birch trees for white stripes.
